I have always fancied myself a monogamist when it comes to seasons (autumn you're still my number one), but I think I will make some room in my heart for another. There's just something about a Portland spring that makes me smile in a way that even autumn can't. Sure it's still raining nearly every day. Yes we are lucky if we see blue skies instead of gray clouds. Of course spring seems to be over almost before it even began. But all that aside, it is awfully hard to compete with spring's colors, scents and textures. So, this weekend my husband and I decided to visit just two of the places where Portland's spring season can be experienced at it's best!
